International seminar on service modularity

Service modularity is one of the interesting and promising approaches to integrating and coordinating multiple service components, process parts or providers in a customized and efficient service package and experience.

Presentations exploring the application of modular principles and practices within a service sector context took place over 2 days and culminated in a key note talk.
