Governance
EurOMA is governed by a Board that consist of a minimum of thirteen (elected) members and a maximum of twenty-five members. One of its members is sppointed as Financial Controller. The Board is organized in four Teams: Education & Meetings; Funding & Membership; Communications; Finace. The Board is supported by an Executive Secretary.
EurOMA members meet yearly at the Annual General Meetings (AGMs) held at the International Annual EurOMA Conference to approve the previous year's accounts and any new decisions brought forward by the Board. The EurOMA AGM serves also as the main forum for the Board to communicate recent developments and decisions to the membership, as well as for EurOMA members to ask questions, voice their opinions, offer suggestions and help determine the future of their association.
