Update for EurOMA Members: Closure of EIASM

Dear EurOMA Member,

We regret to inform you that EIASM has filed for bankruptcy on April 1, 2026: https://eiasm.net/closure-eiasm

This development marks the end of a long-standing collaboration between EurOMA and EIASM. We recognize that this is a difficult situation for those affected and sincerely appreciate the contributions of the EIASM team over many years. Until the closure process is fully completed, you may continue to receive EurOMA communications via the EIASM network.

The EurOMA Board has been aware of this potential development since February this year and has taken steps to assess and manage its implications. Because EurOMA organizes its activities locally without EIASM involvement, the impact is expected to be limited. EurOMA remains in a strong position, and we anticipate minimal disruption for our members during this transition.

One immediate change is that EurOMA memberships can no longer be obtained via the EIASM website. Participants registering for the EurOMA Annual Conference in Vienna can, as usual, register directly for membership.

We also take this opportunity to remind you that the Early Bird registration rate for EurOMA 2026 closes on April 15, 2026: https://www.euroma2026.org/registration/
