Annual Membership Application / Renewal

INSTRUCTIONS: Please complete the application form, confirming your first and last name (or the name of the member), a valid e-mail address, the type of membership you wish to apply for, and the amount to be paid (in euros). If you would rather send in your form by post or fax instead of applying online (which is the preferred method), CLICK HERE to download a printable version. PhD students* are reminded to kindly submit supporting documentation as proof of current status when applying at the lower membership rates (see details below).
NOTE: Membership is for the calendar year (January 1 - December 31) regardless of when you join. To benefit from the reduced Annual Conference registration fee, you must be a fully-paid EurOMA member for that year. (The higher conference fee for non-members includes membership for the rest of the year only, not the following year.)

* To qualify for the lower PhD Student rate, written proof of your PhD (or other student) status is required when applying (for example, a letter dated and signed by your advisor or the person responsible for the PhD programme). Upon submitting your application for membership as a student, please also send a scan of the supporting documentation to the e-mail: ene.kannel@eiasm.be or fax it to: +32 (0)2 512 19 29.

** Applying for joint EurOMA & POMS membership constitutes a substantial saving! These low rates are offered for the calendar year and are available only when you choose to join both associations at the same time (via EurOMA or POMS) as per the options listed on the membership forms. When applying for joint membership, don't forget to indicate the POMS College of your choice (membership to one College is included). The current Colleges are listed and described on the POMS website.
[NOTE: POMS membership includes a subscription to its Production and Operations Management (POM) journal, whereas the International Journal of Operations & Production Management (IJOPM) is optional. The reduced joint rate applies to membership fees but not journal subscriptions.]
